Common Questions

Things worth knowing before you book

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days ahead for afternoon cruises and day trips, and 7–14 days for multi-day charters. During Thai holidays and high season (November through March), earlier notice gives you a better choice of dates.
What is the maximum group size on each charter?
Day charters and afternoon cruises accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. Multi-day charters are suited for groups of 4–8 depending on the vessel. We can discuss specific requirements when you enquire — larger private events may be possible with advance arrangements.
What happens if the weather isn't suitable on my charter day?
Safety on the water is the crew's first priority. If sea conditions are unsuitable, we'll discuss rescheduling options. We'll usually know 12–24 hours in advance and will contact you promptly to make alternative arrangements.
What should I bring on the trip?
Light clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, a hat, and any personal medications. Food and beverages are included in all our charters. For snorkeling stops, masks and fins are available onboard at no additional charge.
Are children welcome onboard?
Yes — the afternoon cruise and Koh Larn day trip are well-suited for families. Child life jackets are onboard. For multi-day charters with children, it's worth having a short conversation with the crew beforehand so they can tailor the itinerary accordingly.
How does payment work?
A deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due on the day of departure. We accept bank transfer (THB and major currencies) and cash. Full payment details are provided at the time of confirmation.
